What an incredible man - while undoubtedly a brilliant chef, it is Simon’s hearty laugh, his sense of humour and his gift for storytelling that will stay in our memories forever. He will be so deeply missed. Our love and condolences to Jilly, his parents, Andrew and the entire family.

90% of my event memories feature Simon. He was one of my favourite people - never not available for advice, gossip or just a meaningless chat. I know I'm just one of the countless people who will miss him dearly & remember him always. So sorry I can't be with you tomorrow & sending love to Jilly, Andrew & all those who hold Simon in their hearts.

Ms Lesley Maltman
